Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FanFueled ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Description of Service

FanFueled is a fan-support platform that allows users ("Fans") to complete tasks — such as downloading and playing mobile games or trying apps — and direct the resulting earnings to their chosen content partner ("Partner"). FanFueled acts as an intermediary, connecting Fans, Partners, and third-party offer providers. Partners receive payouts for earnings generated by their Fans, subject to the payout minimums and schedules described in Section 7.

3. Eligibility

To use FanFueled you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
• Have a valid email address.
• Not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable law.

Partners must be at least 18 years of age and provide valid payment information to receive payouts.

4. Accounts and Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information when registering. FanFueled reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Fan Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

When completing tasks on the Platform, you agree to:

• Complete tasks honestly and in accordance with each offer's requirements.
• Not use emulators, bots, scripts, or any automated means to complete tasks.
• Not create multiple accounts to exploit offers.
• Not engage in fraud, chargebacks, or any activity intended to generate earnings without genuine task completion.

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension, forfeiture of earnings, and potential legal action.

6. Partner Responsibilities

Partners agree to:

• Provide accurate identity and payment information.
• Not artificially inflate their own earnings by completing tasks through accounts linked to their partner page.
• Comply with all applicable laws regarding income reporting for amounts received through the Platform.

FanFueled reserves the right to withhold or reverse payouts where fraudulent activity is suspected.

7. Earnings and Payouts

Earnings generated by Fan task completions are credited to the associated Partner's account. Payouts are processed subject to a minimum balance threshold of $25.00. Payments are facilitated through our third-party payment provider, PayPal. FanFueled is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. Earnings may take up to 24 hours to be reflected in a Partner's account balance after a Fan completes a task. FanFueled reserves the right to adjust payout schedules and minimums with reasonable notice.

In rare circumstances, earnings credited to a Partner's account may be subject to reversal due to fraudulent activity by a Fan, including but not limited to chargebacks, unauthorized transactions, or task completions made in bad faith. Where such fraud is identified, FanFueled reserves the right to deduct the affected amount from the Partner's balance, which may reduce the final payout amount. FanFueled will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Partners of any such adjustments.

8. Third-Party Offers and Services

Tasks on the Platform are provided by third-party offer networks (including AdGem). FanFueled does not control the content, availability, or terms of these offers. Disputes about specific offers should be directed to the relevant offer provider. FanFueled is not liable for any issues arising from third-party offers or services.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the FanFueled Platform, including the logo, design, text, and software, is the property of FanFueled and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. FanFueled does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FanFueled shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

11. Termination

FanFueled may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@fanfueled.tech. Upon termination, any pending earnings below the payout minimum may be forfeited.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
