We keep this simple: we collect only what we need to run the platform, we don't sell your data, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

1. Who We Are

FanFueled ("we," "us," or "our") operates the FanFueled platform, which allows fans to complete tasks and direct earnings to their favorite partners. You can reach us at support@fanfueled.tech.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide:

  • Email address (when you sign in or register)
  • Payment information for Partners (collected and processed by our payment provider, PayPal — we do not store your banking details)
  • Communications you send us (e.g. support emails)

Information collected automatically:

  • Task completion data (which offers were completed, timestamps, earnings attributed)
  • Device and browser information (browser type, operating system, IP address)
  • Usage data (pages visited, time spent on the Platform, clicks)

Information from third parties:

  • If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and basic profile information from Google
  • Offer completion confirmations from our offer network partners (e.g. AdGem)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Create and manage your account
  • Track task completions and attribute earnings to the correct Partner
  • Process Partner payouts via PayPal
  • Provide customer support
  • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
  • Improve the Platform through aggregated, anonymized analytics
  • Send you transactional emails (account activity, payout confirmations)

We do not use your data for targeted advertising and we do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. How We Share Your Information

We share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • Offer network partners (AdGem): A pseudonymous player ID is shared to track task completions. Your email is not shared with offer partners.
  • Payment processor (PayPal): Partner payment information is shared with PayPal solely to process payouts.
  • Google: If you use Google Sign-In, your sign-in is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of FanFueled or its users.
  • Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use session storage and cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features of the Platform may not function correctly as a result.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Task completion and earnings records are retained for a minimum of 3 years for financial record-keeping purposes. You may request deletion of your account at any time (see Section 7); earnings records required for legal or tax purposes may be retained even after account deletion.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Object to or restrict certain processing of your data
  • Receive a portable copy of your data

8. Children's Privacy

FanFueled is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the Platform or sending an email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
